What is the best one stop shop for...

I'm looking for a CRM or dialer platform (similar to mojo dialer) that will include features to send texts, rvms, emails, and letters all from the same program. Ideally this will be a program that I can dial out of and will track my call results as well as other contact points. I'm using mojo dialer right now but I'm not really that impressed. I've used podio, zoho, insightly, google sheets, and excel but none of them seem to be exactly what I'm looking for. I also don't want to spend more than $150 a month on this platform.
