Intro to Skip Tracing

I'm starting to use skip tracing to find more information on property owners. I've read a few articles and am leaning towards the paid subscription pages (BeenVerified, Spokeo or WhitePages). My question, which one of these or other sources are most efficient in providing credible information? What other channels would you take to obtain additional owner information?
