Buying rental property using brrrr.
I do have about $80,000 equity in my home and i would like to buy my first rental property using the brrrr but my house need some repairs and up dates. I need some ideas on how i can use that money the right way and smart so i can repair my house and buy the rental property using part of that equity not all.Thank you.
