Investing in palm coast Fl
I recently purchased a duplex in palm coast,FL. 3 bedrooms, 2bath 1 car garage on each side. Purchase price for this new build was 304k. This is my first property I’ve ever purchased and wanted to know what you guys think about palm coast area? Do you think this is an upcoming area? Or was this not the place to invest a duplex. After calculating morgage, insurance , tax, property maintenance etc. I’m I’m breaking even at worse case 1200 rent. Per side. I’m hoping the value will go up in time so I can raise the rent. Any suggestions or anyone familiar with palm coast?
