Hi Everyone!

I am brand new here and excited to see so much information.. My husband and I are getting everything ready to jump into REI and we are deciding between buy and hold and flipping. I am looking for recommendations on the best book, blog, podcast or resource that you would say is a must read/listen for someone considering flipping. Is there 1 item out there that helped you that I should read/listen to? Thanks so much in advance!
