Should I buy Out of State LLC?

What’s up BP family.

I am looking into obtaining an LLC for my real estate endeavors. The state I live in has the highest fee for getting one and was looking into Legal Zoom to obtain a cheaper LLC since my business will technically have no physical location.

Should I go the Legal Zoom route or are there better options? Am I or am I not required to stay in state in terms of having an LLC?

I would use upwork.com and make the LLC in wyoming.
