House hack + BRRRR method?

Hey just wanna say you guys are great and helped out alt so far on this forum πŸ‘ŒπŸ» but I'm currently in my lease tIll the end of thIs year looking for SFR and multi units( which there are hardly any in Dover Delaware) . I'm wanting to house hack since it'll be my first time and wondering if anyone has house hacked in a SFR for the first year and used the BRRRR method.
