Buying a Property Pre-Auction
Was wondering if anybody ever had any experience with this. A multi-family is going to auction in a few weeks in a desirable neighborhood, but can be cancelled beforehand. I'm planning on slipping a note into the owner's mailbox to see how I can help him out with the ultimate goal of getting the deed from him.
