203k closing costs very high
Two family house in Connecticut. $150,000 purchase price with $5,000 back toward closing costs. $5600 a year for property taxes. FHA 203k loan. My lender sent me the estimated closing costs and they are $18,000, which does not include the 3.5% down payment. That seems really high. Thoughts?
