So I quit my job high paying job to do real estate full time , I’m with some guy that does deals and code calling and follow ups and buying houses , all the houses he has I maintain as a landlord. Now the work that I also do Is marketing his vacant properties to make a commission.. I want to build my portfolio for sure I’m barely making it by with this commission!! I need help should I get a job or 2 work my *** off to save up atleast 20% on a multi family HELP ME PLEASE .. THANKS

@Alexander Grullon Quitting a full time job to do real estate is a major decision and needs to be done responsibly. In my opinion, the time you make that decision is when the income from real estate replaces or over powers your regular income from a current job. My advice to is to continue doing real estate, as that seems to be where your interest long term, but also get back into another job until the time is right to go “all in” to the real estate arena. I’m sure you’ll do great
