Straightline Funding (transactional funding)
Looking more into the wholesaling side of investing, and evaluating both straight assignments vs double close scenarios, and I am wondering if anyone has used Straightline Funding to facilitate their transactions. If so, can you share your thoughts on the company? Pros/ cons? Your experience using them? Any others that you have used that you've had a positive experience with?
