Starting out in wholesaling!

Hi guys! My name is Eden and I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I am working on getting my real estate license to be able to have access to MLS. My goal is to learn about the market and I would like to try my hand at wholesaling, but I can't find where to go to figure out the laws or rules about wholesaling here in Albuquerque. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
