Best rentals in Florida?

Hi guys. I'm new to this. Im moving to Miami this summer and wanted to buy some rentals anywhere in Florida. Any recommendations for which cities have the best price to rent ratios? Single family or multi-units.

Hey, Amir. I am in the Jacksonville area and the rentals for single family are returning really good numbers lately. You'll have to do some searching and waiting, but it won't take long to find a well priced home. As for multi-units, they are typically in less than desirable areas and can be a little hard to find for the right price. Orange Park is also a good area to look into because of their growth and slightly better schools in their county. Let me know if you have any questions about the area!
