2 or 3 Family in NYC
Hi Everyone,
Michael here, I’m new to this website. Looking for some input into 2 or 3 family investing in NYC. I’ve been looking for the past few months, focusing mainly in the desirable in the neighborhoods in the Bronx. Does anyone have any experience in these areas or any recommendations on other areas to invest? My budget is around $700-750k. All advise is much appreciated.
