"Vacuuming the truck!!"
Hey everyone!
I've been a member for a few months and have never written anything until now. I've been reading through the forum and listening to every podcast and taking notes. I'm very excited to say that my husband and I are vacuuming the truck like Bryce Stewart said in podcast276. Vacuum the truck has become our motto. We have found a great real estate agent and have a pre-approval letter in hand. Made a kickass excel sheet that's been helpful in figuring out potential properties CAP rate and Cash on Cash Return. I can upload that sheet later if anyone wants to check it out.
Going to go look at 2 (hopefully 3) multi-family properties tomorrow. I am just so excited and wanted to share that joy with you all.
A little more about myself-- living in NYC and hoping to buy and hold some properties in the Albany,NY/Capital Region. If anyone is up there and wants to get a coffee (or beer) tomorrow - would love to meet you!
