Transfering a personal property into a corporation

Hi everyone I am about to purchase a fourplex in my name. I would like to transfer the property into a corporation for tax benefits, how long after the purchase of a property before you can do this? As well have any of you had to do this before, if so, what are some pros, cons or maybe hidden fees/cost to do this? Is it worth it for limited liability reasons and tax breaks? How does anyone purchase a property in a corporation? My. Bank would not allow it bec
