Vacancy rate and calculator
What do you guys use in the vacancy rate for the calulator. I am using 20% is this realistic? What should I use. at 20% im losing a hundred a month. This is for a mfr that I live in so I would be ok with this loss but if 20 is high i could break even maybe?
