Quick rehab guesstimate

Hi everyone,

I want to start analyzing a few deals everyday, so I can master that skill. However I know a big part of that is having an estimate of the rehab costs.

I was wondering, how does everyone estimate rehab costs when analyzing deals from websites (such as Zillow) and not physically being at the properties or having someone go there for you?

Any information helps. Thanks!
