New to REI - Sweat Equity

I'm new to this stuff and I'm looking to put in some sweat equity to really learn. For people like myself who have a family and full-time job, what are some things I can do?

Hi Jeff. I started out as a property manager and leasing agent. You could find owners in your area and offer your services to show apartments at nights/weekends. You could turn over apartments by cleaning, painting and doing small repairs.
