Where to start in real estate

Nicolas Thorn
Posted

Hello Everyone,

I live in West Palm Beach and with my wife we want to start buying real estate ( multifamily) or at least something but we don’t know where as the market is pretty high right now and we don’t like so much this part of Florida except for Palm Beach but it is very expensive and little boring for us.

We are willing to relocate pretty much anywhere but we don’t know where as you always looking for greener grass. I met very successful investors in Palm Beach and they all telling me to wait before buying in WPB.

If someone can share his story or have any suggestions.

Thank you
