Recommendation for title comapny in kansas city or Independence
Can anyone recommend a title company in Kansas City MO / independence Mo who work well with out of state investor?

Chicago title (real time data and account access to prospect).
Most title companies buy their info from them and they are in most states.
Other good large title companies are Fidelity (owned by Chicago), and Stewart.
Local that I've had great experiences with: Alliance Title, Continental (great for small cash deals), and Clear Title of Kansas (for not so clear titles).
