DFW Contractor Looking To Network

Hello,

I'm new to bigger pockets and could use an introduction.

I'm looking to network with individuals who are looking to partner or connect in the DFW area. I am a local contractor with in the area who is looking to invest in multifamily, rental, fix & flip. I found a few deals, or so I think, with in multifamily and need to build my team.

I have a strong knowledge of construction & rehab cost along with a list of economically priced sub contractors. I have a few prospect plex's that I am looking at and need to take the next step in securing a deal.

I'm also considering purchasing lots and putting modern multi-family container home rentals on them. This could also be a good hit around vacation areas for airbnbs.

I'm dedicated, have the time, youth and a strong general knowledge for buisness. I'm am in desperate need of a financial partner or broker, a mentor and agent.
