Exclusive Seller Listing Agreement vs Exclusive Right To Sell

So I'm doing a listing agreement on the selling side and I've had two people tell me something different.  I know that in Georgia it's usually a Exclusive Right To Sell agreement based on the listing, but I see two agreements.

1. The F101 which is the Exclusive Seller Listing agreement which I see people filling out a lot in tutorials.  

2. The RE151 which is the Exclusive Right To Sell Listing agreement.  Based on it being an exclusive right to sell deal I'm assuming it's this one.  I wasn't 100% sure and I wanted to make sure before proceeding forward.
