What are the thoughts on Keyspire?

Hi Devon,

I've had a very positive experience with Keyspire. We joined 15 months ago and my wife and I have been able to add 4 multi-unit properties, (16 doors) in that time. The education component of Keyspire has been valuable, but most of that information can be found on BP in one form or another. The huge value for us is that it's helped accelerate our growth by providing coaching, mentorship and contacts with like-minded Joint venture partners.

How many potential financial partners do you think would drop 80k+ with someone they've met in a BP forum? I'm sure it's possible, but I'd guess it's very unlikely. In the Keyspire forum I was able to secure a 220k private loan for my 6-unit rehab project because there's a much higher trust factor, but more importantly my coach was able to vouch for me personally.

I've also done deals with three JV partners, who have contributed over 160k in capital.

We have access to exclusive investment opportunities.

We've been referred to top-performing power team members.

We saved over $2000/yr in insurance premiums when we switched our 3 pre-Keyspire income properties to their broker's national program.

I was able to negotiate a further 23k reduction off the purchase price of a property based directly on what I learned from a Keyspire mentor.

It's a big investment and certainly an individual decision based on your circumstances and goals. Just like university there's lots of drop-outs or students that don't even use their expensive new degree. You'll get as much out of your membership as you'll want. The membership team is very supportive and helpful. They genuinely want to help you succeed, but ultimately it's up to you to make your membership worth it.
