Any suggestions for homeowners Insurance for a townhome in Baltimore?

I have looked into Lemonade, Statefarm, & Hippo?

@Kristen Mathias have you looked into the local independent agencies in the area?  I saw @Ben Guttman posted he is in the area. Indy agents have access to regional and national carriers with more tools in the tool box.  The insuretechs like Lemonade, SWYFF, and Hippo to their credit are quick and easy.  I noticed the younger demographics tend to gravitate towards them, but It is worth to take a look to explore traditional options too.  We aren't all old and moldy insurance agents.
