Questions to ask a realestate agent about their area.
I'm moving my family to Orlando next year where I hope to begin my realestate investment portfolio. As kind of a preemptive strike I've scheduled a consultation with a realestate agent in that area. Her time is limited so as not to waste it I'm wondering, what are some key questions I should be asking her about the area and the market? Can anyone help with this please? Thank you.
