College Student in Need of Advice

Howdy! 

I am Garrett Kettler, a student at Texas A&M University. I have a couple general questions about the industry and common practices that I would love to get input on from people who have actual experience. If you would be so kind to give me some input on any of these questions, your help would be greatly appreciated.

1. What are the demographic trends you're currently seeing in the market? What are these people looking for?

2. How do you typically go about staging a house/unit?

3. How influential are electrical outlets and cable jacks for selling/renting units?

I really appreciate any help with these questions, or any general advice you could give me.
