What can I use for reserves?

I've been pre-approved for a mortgage but have no cash for reserves. I have credit cards w 0% interest. I'm considering getting a line of credit from the bank. What other options are there to use?

@Chris Bisaillon get a home warranty. That way all major items are covered with only a $70 service call. This often doesn't cover your main water line though, so make sure to scope that during inspections and make sure there isn't too much damage!
