Rocky Mount NC Buyers

Good morning BP family! I am a new investor in the NC area, looking to gain experience and financial  freedom through real estate. I recently have had my first appointment that went very well. The owner is motivated to sell and is looking to do so ASAP. I want to know what is the best way to connect with cash buyers/Investors in the Rocky Mount area so that I can wrap this deal up!
