Hey guys I'm currently new to the site. My goal with real estate is to BRRRR single or multi family homes in the Omaha, NE area as I'm just starting out. Also Interested In a few flips and possibly wholesales. All ears to any advice or comments! Thanks!

@Manuel Alexander Welcome to BP! Omaha is a great place to invest. I live in Minneapolis but invest in Omaha and Council Bluffs. Wholesaling is a great way to get started. Househacking is a great first investment as well.
