Just a beginner looking for guidance

Hey guys,

So I work 10-8 five days a week and attend school on my 2 days off from work from 10-8. I make over 100k from my job and I have over 100k in savings and I'm 30k in debt (bought a car). I can obviously pay it off whenever I'd like but I prefer to pay as time goes on. I'm looking to become an investor and learn the ways of an investor. I'm 28 years old and I'm seeking guidance in my real estate journey. I'm looking for someone to help me so that I can be better equipped to initiate a deal. Any advice and mentorship is welcome. I'm extremely open to learning, eager to advance my financial state and willing to take risk. I just have a hard time learning how to get in the business. Would also love to hear your stories on how you guys started out if possible.

Thanks.

It won't work. Real Estate investing takes time and oftentimes you have to deal with properties between 4:00pm and 8:00pm when other people are available. You can't learn what you need to know in 10 minutes. It takes time and availability.
