Marketing for properties under water
Hello everyone, I want send out postcards to properties over under aka properties under water. Does anyone what type of list I would need? For example I went to usadata and messed around with the list function, but there is no list for what I'm looking for exactly for.
Would searching for properties bought in 2007, make sense since it was the top of the real estate bubble? Thanks roc
