Easiest way to check utilities on a property
Hi! I’m looking into purchasing a 9 unit property. I’d like to check all of the boxes and do my due diligence. A dealbreaker may be the cost of the monthly utilities. In this area, the landlord pays for everything except electric. I’d like to know the process for checking with utility companies. Whether it can be done online or with a phone call.
