I need help starting up in real estate.
Good morning Bigger Pockets Community,
My name is Loye, and I am a new member of this wonderful community. Lately, I have been doing lots of research and have developed a big interest in real estate. I would like to get started (rental income and maybe flipping). I just started a job that does
not pay much (about $2, 000/month). For that reason, I would want to go into business for myself. My wife and I have about 20k saved up. I need as much guidance as I can possibly get on what to do, and how or where to start. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
