Hi,

I am in the Seattle area and I am trying to buy my first home and would like to find a fixer-upper and renovate it and would love some info on the following:

  1. Good FHA 203(K) Loan lender
  2. Good General Contractor
  3. Guides or books on how to estimate rehab cost
