Renting out the bottom duplex while you are living in the top.
My boyfriend is purchasing a duplex and we are planning on renting out the bottom while we live in the top. We are hoping to get $1,080 for the bottom. Should we be "paying ourselves" for living in the top? How can we increase our income to get more cash on cash ROI?
