The future of people in Real Estate

Which jobs do you feel will be replaced in 5 to 10 years with software/hardware solutions?

Which new positions will be created in the buying/selling of real estate in the next 5-10 years?

What are your thoughts about how real estate agents, brokers, banks, lenders, insurance companies, and so forth will automate many of their systems or just do away with people in sectors of the industry?  What new sectors will be in demand?

I'm looking at areas to focus my studies on to not become obsolete between now and when being a part of the Real estate field.  I've thought about becoming an agent, going into the property management field and so on.

What are your thoughts?
