Newbie Market Research Tools
Hi, I'm new to bigger pockets and am looking ramp up my real estate investments by getting into long distance investing. Does anyone know of any spreadsheets, checklists, research sites, or tools available to properly analyze markets around the US? I'd like to start practicing what metrics to look at and how to pull them to the right markets for my goals.
Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
