Rental Real Estate “newbie”
Hello, my name is Nicolas I'm located in Lynchburg VA. I'm a business student in college looking to expand my portfolio. I am currently working with a broker and agent to move in a home within the next few months. I am reaching out for any investment professionals who are willing to pour into me along the way. I am debt free with no credit but I'm getting a secured credit card to build it. I have a job making 52,000 a year welding 60 hours weekly.
And my vision is to have 20 properties in my portfolio by 28 and through my investment start up "Anderson Investments LLC." Advance into commercial real estate.
