Join me for a Fortune Builders workshop in Indianapolis 7/26-28?

Hi, I know not everyone is a big fan of Than Merrill and Fortune Builders, and I know that some of their focus will be upselling the audience into their coaching and classes. You don't need to tell me that - I don't plan to buy anything else from them.

That said, I did attend their free class and bought a ticket to their three day workshop this weekend. The workshop will cover flipping houses, raising capital, protecting assets and reducing tax liability, working with contractors, agents, and other professionals, marketing strategies, using buy-and-hold investment strategies, and analyzing deals.

For those unfamiliar with them, check out their website... look up their website; I am not allowed to post it. 

If anyone in the Indianapolis area is interested and wants to attend (and can come for all three days), either message me or post here. Please don't post if you're just going to tell me that I shouldn't waste my time. I found value in the two hour class I attended, and I believe that the three day class will be worth my time - otherwise, I wouldn't go or ask you to come with me.

I'm interested in learning as much as I can at this point. There will be other classes next month for those interested offered through CIREIA - but those cost $225 for members and $295 for non-members and cover about 15 hours worth of material (3 hours per class, 5 classes).

The Fortune Builders workshop will be held from 9-6 or 7 each day, so that's at least 27 hours worth of material (minus the upselling) for FREE. Anyway, thought I'd ask in case anyone was interested. Didn't want to waste the ticket and I thought it would be fun to meet another person interested in learning real estate and potentially make a new friend or real estate contact.
