Looking for In Depth Explanation on the Bigger Pockets Calculator
I'm trying to analyze deals using the Bigger Pockets calculators, but I am totally lost on most of these financial terms and metrics. I know I can use the little question mark guides, but even still I'm floundering and not all of the output metrics have explanations. Feeling like a total rookie which might be acceptable bc I am one, but I don't want to stay in rookie status. Is there a more in depth guide or explanation on the ins and outs of these calculators and how to gather accurate numbers instead of just copying what Brandon does in his sample analysis's?
