New investor looking for advice :)
Hey!
I am 19 years old, & real estate investing is the dream. A lot of people think I’m crazy since I’m not exactly taking the conventional route to “success,” but i desire financial freedom & know that investing is a great way to get me there. Anyway, i am just looking for some advice from you all! Maybe something you wish someone would have told you when you were first starting out, or just some encouraging words, tips, anything.
