Any one has real estate in Albany county? if so, what area to void and which area are good for real estate.

I would like to buy multi family houses. I made a list of all area in albany county. just want to get an idea of where to buy

Hey @Andrew Bailey, I graded all of these out for you. A lot of the A's are residential single family areas. Some of the great rental markets in Albany are in Melrose, Pine Hills, and Helderberg. Hope this helps!
