Great investments in socal?
Hello , Everyone I'm barely started out with trying to invest into real estate doing all my necessary research , reading etc I often hear from experienced investor I should invest in my market I would have a better advantage that way problem is my local area socal is way out of my budget. Can someone perhaps point me in the direction of a good city on the outskits of Los Angles that could perhaps be a good investment for me? My budget for my down payment is approximately 20k.
