New Long-Term Investor (25k liquid)
I currently own a 3/2 that I would like to rent out and buy another property but I find myself hesitating because I am not educated on what to look for in another investment property. I am wondering what a good starting place would be as far as links and previous discussions? I have also considered looking for a multi-family property but I am wondering if I should get some experience in single-family rentals before I do that. Also, any recommendations on the type of loan that I should look for with 25k cash saved?
