I could use a Mentor
Hello everyone,
I am new to all of this, I really enjoy reading the site it's very informative. I just would like to have a mentor so that I can learn from them. I'm interested in rehabbing homes and then renting/selling them. My question is are there any BP members in Columbus, Ohio that could maybe teach me a thing or two? Also is the market good here?
-Even if you can't mentor me or live here maybe you could drop a little knowledge of what you know about the market in Columbus, OH.
