2019 Land Geek vs. Land Academy

I've been doing research on different real estate business models. As I've been continuing research to enter the housing market, I stumbled across some interesting land investing models that seem kind of neat. These are Land Academy and Land Geek. Their business models are nearly identical but they are priced differently and one is more established than the other. However, all the forums and discussions around these programs seem to be several years old now. What is everyone's take on land investing in 2019? Does anyone have experience with either of these programs?

@Reed Lambier I've done research on both of these programs and what Jay Hinrichs is referring to is and Land Geek they focus on terms and exactly what she said, however, the Land Academy Business model is much different and actually they recommend to the opposite. Their model is learn how to find a county, price it and buy land for cheap and sell it for more most of the time below market value so it a Win-Win for us the investors and buyers. I'm not sure what type of program Jay has in the works, however, LandAcademy is one of the longest-standing land programs and the creators have been doing this for over 20 years and generated millions. and @Wes Smith & @Daniel Weaver just for your FYI (: - And I've joined the Land Academy Program after paying for another course.
