Assistance with Repair Estimates

I wanted to ask the forum if their are any recommendations for a contractor that is able to provide repair estimates in Columbia, SC. Also, if I am unable to find one prior to my scheduled walk through of the property, what is the best method to determine the cost of repairs? i.e. take Pics and show them to a contractor?... any recommendations and/or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance DeVon

@DeVon McCoy you can find plenty of contractors to walk through with you.  But you should be ready to pay them for their time.  They will not likely want to walk with a new client when you don't have the contract yet.  I like the idea of taking pictures and video and bringing that to the contractor.
