Preapproval. Basic or verified?

Ok so I got preapproved for a loan on Better.com

My question is can I shop with this basic preapproval letter? Will sellers accept it or should I get a verified letter? The difference is the "verified" entails a hard credit pull rather than a soft one, and also requires financial documents to be uploaded.
