First investment closing
My wife and I just closed on our first investment (still sounds weird). It is a 3/1 SFH in Trenton NJ. It has a long term renter in it who is staying. It is in need of some work but the renter does not want it done all at once so we can work on it over time. They (whoever that is) say the first one is the toughest as it was for us but now hoping to capitalize off of the momentum.
Just wanted to know what others had as their first.
